ALSO, we are having a blog hop for the entire month of September starting on Monday. Scroll down for the BIG NEWS!

We have a new exchange student this year from Spain!! This layout shows Alvaro on his first day of school here in the U.S.

There are many personal touches to this layout that actually have meaning. Scroll on down to find out what they are!!

Thanks for stopping by today! Won't you join us for this week's die cut challenge?

The background paper from EP Recollections is perfect. It shows an old
map of Europe with Spain right in the center. The "10th Grade" badge is
from the Silhouette store.

Alvaro loves to play chess. The die cuts are from
the Silhouette store. The patterned green die cut is a smaller version
of Spain. The "event record" is a stamped die cut that my sister
sent me.

A mixture of Washi tape and EP stickers.

I picked up the globe brads from Michael's. It's perfect for when I'm making
layouts about my exchange students. The apple is not only for school, but
showing Alvaro's love for apples.
